CANCELLATION POLICY
Timeless Glow Cancellation Policy: At Timeless Glow, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, I kindly ask that you review the following policy: • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and the time of other clients. Card Payment Policy To continue providing high-quality products and services, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to all payments made by card. This fee covers the transaction charges from our payment processor. If you prefer to avoid the fee, alternative payment options may be available.
